While exact instructions vary between phones, below is a general guide for uploading photos from your Sprint phone. For more details, consult your phone's User Manual.

To upload your photos, either:

Send photos via your "In Camera" menu:

  1. Highlight some photos(s) select the Send soft key.
  2. Using your phone's keypad, type in your special email address as shown on the Email Upload page. Click here to set this up now if you haven't done so already. If you've already uploaded photos, select this from your Recent List.
  3. Use the Next soft key to go to the Preview page.
  4. Confirm this address as recipient and select Send to upload your photo(s).

Or send photos from your Sprint PCS Messaging menu:

  1. From the main menu, select Messaging.
  2. Select Send Message, then Picture to display the Send Picture menu.
  3. Choose a location to upload your photo(s) from - either My Pics, miniSD (memory card), Take Picture, or Online Albums.
  4. Select the photo(s) you want to upload, then press the Next soft key.
  5. Follow the four steps in the "In Camera" section above.

Note: Sharing Sprint PCS Picture Mail from Messaging is available only on certain Sprint PCS Vision-enabled phones.

A Sprint PCS Vision-enabled phone is required to use Sprint Picture Mail. Sprint offers a per-kilobyte fee for casual usage: $.02 per kilobyte (a typical picture upload is approximately 50 kilobytes). Unlimited Vision Packs, which typically offer users a lower per-picture rate, start at $15.00 / month. Contact your Sprint representative for further information on how to select the best package for your anticipated usage.

Sprint PCS Vision services are available only while on the Nationwide Sprint PCS Network. Set your Sprint phone to "Sprint" or "Sprint only" when sending photos.

To upload your photos:

  1. At the main menu, select Messages [Create Message] or [Create Mesg]
  2. Address the message by either:

    • Using your phone's keypad to manually enter your special email address as shown on the Email Upload page. Click here to set this up now if you haven't done so already.
    • Alternately, if you've uploaded a photo, just select Recent Calls to locate your special address from your recent calls log.
  3. Select Attach [New Attachment]. Then, depending on your phone model, select either Browse Pictures or My Pictures.
  4. Select the photo(s) you want to attach, thenpress Done. To upload your photo(s), press the Send soft key.

A Nextel Multimedia Messaging-enabled phone is required. Nextel offers a $.25 per-image-message fee for casual usage. All-inclusive image and text messaging bundles, Nextel Data Packs, start at $10.00 / month, and typically offer users a lower per-message rate. Contact your Nextel representative for further information on how to select the best package for your anticipated usage.

To upload your photos:

  1. Open the Multimedia Message (or MMS Message) menu.
  2. Select Create New.
  3. Select Add Picture. From the list of available photos, highlight the photo(s) you want to upload.
  4. Select Preview Message to check your message and photo.
  5. Choose Sending Options from the MMS Message menu, then scroll down to Email Address and use your phone's keypad to enter your special email address as shown on the Email Upload page. Click here to set this up now if you haven't done so already.
  6. Finally, click Send to upload your photo(s).

A Cingular / AT&T multimedia phone is required. Cingular offers users the choice of paying for each multimedia message ($.25) individually or purchasing a package of messages at a lower per-message rate, starting at $4.99 / month.

Cingular Multimedia services require subscription to Cingular MEdia Net and Cingular Text Messaging. These services can be used on a per-message basis of $.01per kilobyte of data and $.10 per message, respectively, or you can purchase an inclusive Media Net Bundle, starting at $9.99 / month. Contact your Cingular representative for further information on how to select the best package for your anticipated usage.

To upload your photos:

  1. From your phone's Idle screen, select one after the other: Menu, Message, Send New Message, and then PIX Message.
  2. Enter your special email address into the address bar. Your special email address is shown on the Email Upload page. Click here to set this up now if you haven't done so already.
  3. Ttoggle down and select Picture, then use the left-hand soft key to choose Option . Choose Gallery to view thumbnails of your available photos and select the ones you want to upload. Hit OK when you're done.
  4. Use the right-hand soft key to select Next. The next screen lets you preview the message and photos you're about to send. Choose Send by using the left soft key to upload your pictures.

A compatible Verizon phone is required. Verizon offers no-monthly-fee, pay-as-you-go access to Picture Messaging at a cost of $.25 per Picture Message, plus airtime usage. Messaging bundles, which also incur airtime usage, offer messages at a lower per-message charge, and start at $10.00 / month. Contact your Verizon representative for further information on how to select the best package for your anticipated usage.

To upload your photos:

  1. Press & hold the camera key on the phone's side to open the camera app.
  2. Press the same camera key on the side of the phone again to take a photo.
  3. Press the left-hand soft key to Save the photo in Camera / My Photos.
  4. Press the left-hand soft key to select Next.
  5. Press the left-hand soft key to select Send.
  6. Enter your special email address as shown on the Email Upload page. Click here to set this up now if you haven't done so already.
  7. Now either enter a subject for the message or press the left soft key for OK.
  8. Choose Send to upload your photo(s).

To send picture messages, a T-Mobile phone with a built-in camera is required. T-Mobile offers pay-as-you-go picture messaging for $.25 per Picture Message. Messaging Value Bundles, offering messages at a lower per-message charge, start at $4.99 / month. Contact your T-Mobile representative for further information on how to select the best package for your anticipated usage.

 

While exact instructions vary between phones, below is a general guide for uploading photos from your Boost Mobile phone. For more details, consult your phone's User Manual.

To upload your photos:

  1. At the main menu, select Messages.
  2. Choose Create Message.
  3. Enter your special email address as shown on the Email Upload page. Click here to set this up now if you haven't done so already.
  4. Select Attach then New Attachment. NOTE: selecting New Attachment will prompt you to select More.
  5. From More, select Picture.
  6. Select the photo(s) you want to upload.
  7. Use the soft key under Send to upload your photos.

A Boost Mobile MMS-enabled phone is required. Boost Mobile offers pay-as-go MMS / Image messaging for $.25 per message. Contact your Boost Mobile representative for further information on how these rates are applied to your pre-paid account.
